Nestled in a magnificent ranch, our restaurant is an open restaurant built by reusing old lumber from obsolete barns.

We offer a menu that focuses on Japanese Shorthorn Wagyu beef raised in-house, pasteurized milk, and locally produced and Hokkaido ingredients.
We are looking forward to your visit at this store with a novel design that skillfully reuses the beams of the old barn.

"Nemuro beef stew" carefully simmered in Tokachi red wine

"AKESARTO Shorthorn Beef" with exquisite red meat is stewed over time, and the meat is a delicious beef stew.

It is a popular menu. "Japanese Shorthorn beef" is grown only on the pasture of Nemuro and finished as grass fed beef.
Slowly simmered in Tokachi red wine, the taste of the red meat of the shorthorn beef is melted into it, making it a satisfying dish.
