Salmon Shabu-shabu

Our creative menu "Salmon Shabu-shabu" is made by boiling the meat in kelp soup stock and eating it with homemade ponzu sauce.

It is the main menu that replaces salmon chanchanyaki.
It's the same way to eat meat, but it's a very healthy and low-calorie menu that's popular with young people.
